Ford Cargo 0913 Manual Transmission
When you purchase a Ford Remanufactured Transmission Assembly, you're getting a product that's built to the exacting specifications of Ford Motor Company – not just a quality build, but one that's built for your vehicle. Each transmission is built using parts that keep it specific to make, model, year and emissions calibration, which means each assembly is engineered to perform like the one it's replacing. Plus, Ford remanufactured transmissions use new Ford-engineered service parts in the remanufacturing process, come with sensors and contain the proper transmission fluid, making installation easier.
Someone I know delivered a load of parts to the Transit assembly plant in Claycomo, MO last week. Waiting to get unloaded he started chatting with a worker there and the conversation turned towards the 2017 redesign. He mentioned the addition of retractable running boards, woodgrain interior, 6 speed manual transmission, bulkhead, and 4WD. What caught my attention was the 6 speed manual transmission since I am a diehard manual fan. Do you think he spoke the truth? I guess we will find out for sure in a few months. If this is true, it will make my decision very easy in the Transit vs.
The others contest. I might just have to retire my trusty Sprinter. Poor thing is getting old, 12 years and currently 767,476 miles.
Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk. It would be sweet to get a 6 speed manual Transit. Should be a 20+ mpg full size van. Couldn't believe it when U.S. Only got automatics - Just the opposite of Europe! Still disappointed they dropped the Front Wheel Drive too. That combo ultimately became a deal breaker for me.
Europeans get to choose FWD, RWD, or AWD! Lynda Dreamweaver And Wordpress Building Sites Torrent more. Mystified by Ford's thinking. Over 90% of E-Series had the 60/40 hinged side doors, that I hate. Now over 90% of Transits have sliding doors. Got to wonder if they ever listen to customers?
